Eight County Sheriffs from the 13th Congressional District are endorsing Rodney Davis, Republican nominee for the 13th Congressional District of Illinois. The Sheriffs represent counties across the counties in Central and Southwestern Illinois that make up the 13th District.

“We need more common sense in Congress, and Rodney Davis has spent a career advocating for our friends and neighbors,” said Champaign County Sheriff Dan Walsh. “Rodney Davis is exactly the kind of leader we need in Congress, and I’m proud to give him my support.”

“Rodney Davis knows we need more jobs and he knows we need to cut spending,” said McLean County Sheriff Mike Emery. “More jobs keeps people employed and less spending keeps government out of bankruptcy for our children and grandchildren. Rodney Davis shares these values.”

“Our county sheriffs are on the front lines of what is happening in the communities of the 13th District,” said Davis. “I look forward to helping create an environment where residents of the district have good paying jobs in communities they want to raise their families in.”
